YAKITASHA WATCH PARTY

Terms of Service

Effective date: September 27, 2026
Operator: Yakitasha
Contact: pjpkaj@hotmail.com

Yakitasha Watch Party is an independently operated Discord Activity for shared playback of operator-provided media and antenna television. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Plex, or SiliconDust.

Access requires an eligible Discord account, authorization through Discord, and membership in the operator's configured Discord server with either the WatchPartyViewer or ProSelector role. You must meet Discord's applicable age requirements and follow Discord's terms and community rules. Verification of the Activity does not itself authorize access to the operator's media server.

Viewers may join or leave playback and adjust their own volume and fullscreen view. Members assigned the ProSelector role may select media or live channels and control shared playback. These controls affect other participants. The operator may restrict or revoke access for misuse or operational reasons.

Use the Activity only with content and audiences for which the necessary permissions exist. The Activity does not grant copyright, broadcast, public-performance, or redistribution rights. Do not bypass access controls, redistribute stream links or credentials, disrupt the service, or attempt to access other users' accounts or private server resources.

Playback depends on the operator's server, network, media sources, tuner availability, and Discord. Availability and uninterrupted playback are not guaranteed. Live rewind history is temporary and expires. Features may change or be discontinued. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

The Privacy Policy explains how the Activity handles information. Stop using the Activity if you no longer wish to use the service. Contact the operator for support, privacy requests, or reports of unauthorized content. Material changes to these terms should be announced to users before taking effect.
